Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from Decadent Vapours. By ordering goods from Decadent Vapours you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will be sent an e-mail from Decadent Vapours confirming receipt of your order and setting out the details of your order.
Age of consent
Decadent Vapours reserves the right to cancel any order immediately without notice if we believe that the order has been placed by someone who is not legally entitled to and under the age of 18.
Ordering
When placing an order through our website, you will have a selection of different products, strengths and flavours to choose from. If any of our products are out of stock, we wil clearly underline this and notify you all via our website. If however, after placing an order we then determine that we have insufficient stock to fulfil this, you will be notified of this as soon as possible and we will issue a full refund.
Before confirming your order and making payment you will see the total goods, purchase prices including vat and carriage displayed on screen prior to proceeding to payment. All our products are vat inclusive and on receipt of payment your order will be processed and an email will be sent to you outlining the contnents of your order and information about cancelling.
Payments must be received before orders can be dispatched.
Delivery
Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will be sent a despatch confirmation email with details of your order.
Please note: Orders placed before 4pm will get dispatched that same day. Orders received from 4pm onwards will be dispatched the following morning by royal mail.
Deliveries can take up to 3 working days to arrive, therefore, please allow this amount of time before contacting us regarding an order not yet received.
Where a specific delivery date needs to be arranged, please email us on the email enquiries@decadentvapours.com after placing your order to confirm this.
In any event where specific delivery dates have been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the Buyer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will ensure that you will receive a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Please note that we will not accept used or opened e-liquid. However, if there is something wrong with the e-liquid, then the return shall be paid for by the vendor. ‘Not liking’ the flavour will not be deemed a fault.
Unwanted eliquid returns will only be valid providing the bottle is still sealed as originally despatched.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 7 working days. The period of 7 working days begins on the day after you receive your goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within this period. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.
Changes to TermsThe Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.
Complaints
Compliants are taken extremely serious by Decadent Vapours and we endeavour to make sure that our customer’s complaints are dealt with in a professional and confidential manner. Any complaints must be made to enquiries@decadentvapours.com where this will be picked up and dealt with the same day, if this cannot be achieved then we will deal with this the next working day. We will make every effort to ensure that any complaints are resolved within 7 days.
