Decadent Vapours was founded in July 2009 by the current proprietor, Peter Cole, with the aim of developing a premium, EU-sourced eliquid and ecigarette-related sundries of the highest quality possible. Responsible for everything from the dubious pleasure of Sea Urchin to the delights of Absinthe, Peter's tastebuds and creative genius are the heart of DV.
