For all interested in counterfeit coins, whether as collectors, numismatists, specialists, writers, dealers, archaeologists, etc. and for all seeking to unmask present day coin fraudsters.

Founder of the Counterfeit Collectors' Society, now the Counterfeit Coin Club - Philip Kiernan of London, Ontario, Canada

The Counterfeit Coin Club provides a forum for like-minded collectors with an interest in all aspects of counterfeit coinage, ancient and modern. If you collect, study or have any interest in contemporary counterfeits designed for commercial deception, or in modern forgeries designed to deceive the collector, then the Counterfeit Coin Club is the club for you!

The club currently has over 200 members around the globe.

The Club's publication Counterfeit is distributed to all members four times a year - Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. It contains articles, notes, members' correspondence, information, requests, book reviews, etc.

Articles in the past have included:

Modern Counterfeits of British Pound Coins bt Philip Kiernan
Becker, Master Forger by Ken Peters
An Odd Sort of Thing to Fake by Bob Forrest
Fakes, Fantasies and Furbelows by J. Boling
Physical Attributes of Counterfeit Coins by Philip Kiernan
Tiffin Halfpenny Tokens by Ken Cameron

Illustrations feature in every issue, and those joining will be encouraged to contribute - even if only the occasional 'letter to the editor'. Above all, it is by members, for members.

Annual membership covers all correspondence, emails, maintenance of the Club website, production and mailing of Counterfeit, personal ads and requests, etc. in the quarterly.
